1. Waiting Duration

The waiting duration for each spree varies… we cannot give a confirmed date of when the items can arrive, only will be able to give a rough date (Earliest is 4 weeks from the day we mail out the money to the supplier. Shall the supplier need more time to replenish their stocks, most likely will take up to 6 weeks for the goods to arrive). We will try our best to get more updates from the suppliers but please do not rush us.

2. Modes of Payment

  • ATM/I-Banking Transfer to POSB/DBS Savings a/c. (MOST PREFERRED)
  • ATM/I-Banking Transfer to UOB Savings a/c. (Upon request)
  • Interbank Transfer from other banks to our POSB/DBS/UOB a/c. (Please inform us in advance!! We do not accept this if the spree is closing soon as the bank need at least 3 working days to proceed your transfer.)
  • Concealed cash via registered mail. (NOT to be send by normal mail. If lost, it’s your own responsibility!)
  • Paypal transfer for overseas buyers.

3. Deadline for Making Payment

Once we received your order, we will send you a confirmation mail, providing you the details to make your payment. Please make the payment within 2 days. If you really need more than 2 days, please contact us for negotiation. We might allow you to make payment later. If we do not get any reply from you after 2 days, we will send another reminder mail. After that, if still no reply from you, we will BLACKLIST you, which means.. you will not be allowed to purchase from us again.

4. Refund Policy

We will only do refunds when the item you ordered for is out of stock. Other than that reason, we will not entertain.

Not applicable for overseas buyers because if there is any balance left for overseas order, it will be kept for future purchase.

5. Exchange Policy

NO exchange allowed.

6. Delivery Methods

All items will be send to you via normal postage or registered postage provided by SingPost only. We do not provide meet-up service currently due to tight schedules.

7. Liability

  • We are definitely not liable for any mistakes by our suppliers, e.g wrong color/size sent to us. We will definitely double check our orders before sending over to the supplier but if they still very unfortunately made the mistake, we can help you to check with the supplier if they allow exchange or not. In such cases, if there is any additional charges such as sending the wrong item back to them and mail you the correct item when it arrive, you have to pay for all. We will not fork a single cent on your behalf.
  • If you opt for normal mail, and very unfortunately become lost mail. Please do not blame us for the lost. SingPost is the party who does the delivery, we are only responsible till the part we send out your item at the post office/drop into the mailbox. SO if you do not trust SingPost, please opt for registered mail. It is guaranteed to safe by SingPost.

8. Blacklist

For those who placed order and later on back out regardless of what reason, you will be blacklisted and we will not accept any of your orders in the future. So do consider carefully whether to place order or not.

9. Closure of Spree

Depending on the response, if the response is good, we hit our target earlier, we will just close the spree and proceed to placing order. If the response is really very good, we might extend a few more days to accept more orders so that you all will not miss the chance!

Depending on the response, if the response is extremely poor, we either will continue to extend the spree for another week or if really is too far from the target, we will just cancel the spree and do all the refunds back to those who paid.

10. No Combining of Different Sprees

Do not combine the order/postage fee etc etc for items from different sprees. If you are ordering 3 items from different spree, please send in the order separately. If you want to combine, we will only wait till all items from the different sprees arrived then will send out all together. For those who want their items to be sent separately, please note that postage fee will be charge separately too.

11. Duty and GST Charges by Customs

Do note that we might be required to pay the customs duty and gst charges. The amount to be charged will be 7% of the value of the parcel. So if we ever get charged, all buyers will be informed to make an additional payment. The amount to be paid will be based on the no. of items you purchased. E.g, we are charged SGD$70 for total of 70 items, 1 item will be $1 GST, so if you purchase 2 items, the amount to be paid will be 2 x $1=$2 GST.

12. Amendments

We reserve the rights to amend any part of the Terms and Conditions as well as adjust the fees to be collected if we find it to be not appropriate/underestimated.

13. Overseas Order

  • We do accept overseas order if you are able to make payment via Paypal or send cash (Singapore Dollars only) via Speedpost.
  • If you opt to send cash (Singapore Dollars) and the cash you sent to us do not reach us on the day the spree end, your order will not be placed and neither the money will not be refunded but it will be kept for future sprees only. (Eg. Spree ended on 14th nov but your payment only arrive to us on 16th nov).
  • Overseas buyers will be required to make 1 full payment instead of split into 2 payments as provided for local Singapore buyers.
  • If you placed order from different sprees, we will wait till all items arrive then send them out as one parcel to you.
  • Postage charges from Singapore to your country will be charge to you according to the weight of the parcel and depending on what mode of postage u choose. (normal registered / express)
  • If the items you placed order for are out of stock, the money which you paid will not be refunded. Instead, you will be asked to choose a item of similar value and weight from the same spree. Alternatively you can use the money to order item from future spree.

14. Payments Calculation

We will be collecting 1 time payment only for Accessories sprees**:

1 and only payment collected when you place order: Cost of item + $1.50 of handling charges per item + local postage.

**Might not be applicable for all accessories sprees! Refer to the actual spree detail/T&C as stated on the spree page itself to see if need to make 1 or 2 time/s payment.**

We will be collecting 2 payments for all sprees (except Accessories sprees):

1st payment collected when you place order: Cost of item + $3 initial shipping fee from supplier to Fashionbox per item.

2nd payment collected within 2 days after stocks arrived: Top-up for shipping fee from supplier to Fashionbox + Phonecall bills to supplier/Paypal/Telegraphic Transfer/Ezpay Service Charge (if applicable) + Local postage fee from Fashionbox to buyer.

Cost of Item for Taiwan Spree= buy now price(Buy Price listed on supplier’s web) divide by exchange rate

Exchange rate for Taiwan Spree will be SGD$1 to NTD$18.5.

Cost of Item for HongKong Spree= HKD$ (Price listed on supplier’s web) divide by exchange rate

Exchange rate for HongKong Spree will be SGD$1 to HKD$5.

Local Postage Fees (Fashionbox to Buyers)

We will calculate the local postage fee based on estimation of the weight of your items and collect during the 2nd payment.

Amount to be paid

1st Payment = Cost Price of Items + $3 Initial Shipping Fee x No. of items [Please round up to nearest 1 decimal point]

2nd Payment = Top-up of shipping fee + Phonecall bills to supplier/Paypal/Telegraphic Transfer/Ezpay Service Charge (if applicable) + Local Postage Fee [Please round up to nearest 1 decimal point]

Example

If you buy 1 top and 1 shorts which priced NT290 and NT390, so the calculation will be:

1st payment = Cost Price of Items in SGD$ + $3 Inital Shipping Fee x no. of items

NT290+NT390/18.5 + (2 x SGD$3) = SGD$42.80

When all items arrived, we will split the additional fee evenly between all buyers as well as calculate the amount of postage fee required to mail the items to the buyers.

2nd payment = Additional fee (refers to top up for shipping and service charges for making payment thru’ Paypal etc) + Local Postage.

    registered mail fee is just 1 time payment per parcel. if eg, you buy 4 items, all send together as 1 parcel via register mail, you just need to add 1 $3 will do. :) hope we do clear your query.
