URGENT NOTICE!!

DEAR ALL PARTICIPANTS OF ANY OF OUR SPREES, PLEASE NOTE!

AS THE MAIN ORGAINSER OF FASHIONBOX, I’VE SOME VERY URGENT FAMILY MATTERS WHICH REQUIRE ME TO GO OVERSEAS TO HANDLE, SO I WON’T BE BACK IN SINGAPORE WITHIN THESE FEW WEEKS OR MONTH.

CURRENTLY THOSE OUTSTANDING SPREES WHICH ARE STILL WAITING FOR ITEMS TO ARRIVE ONE, OUR SUPPLIERS PROMISED TO SEND OUT TO US WITHIN 2 WEEKS. BUT THAT TIME I MIGHT NOT BE BACK YET, SO PLEASE WAIT FOR ME TO GET BACK AND THEN I CAN SORT OUR YOUR STUFF.

VERY SORRY IF I CAN’T SEND OUT ANY EARLIER AS EVERYTHING HAPPENED TOO ABRUPT. BUT DON’T THINK THAT I HAVE CONNED YOU OFF YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEAR. PLEASE GIVE ME SOME TIME. ONCE I GET BACK, I WILL DEFINITELY SEND OUT YOUR ITEMS TO YOU….

ANYONE WHO IS STILL HAVING OUTSTANDING BALANCE WITH ME ONE, I WILL DO A REFUND BACK TO YOU AFTER I COME BACK.

ONCE AGAIN, REALLY SORRY FOR THE DELAY AS I HAVE TO GO AWAY SO SUDDENLY, THERE IS NOT ENOUGH TIME FOR ME TO FIND SOMEONE TO HELP ME TO CONTINUE TILL THE END OF ALL REMAINING SPREES, SO I CAN ONLY SETTLE IT AFTER I COME BACK.. I WILL CONTACT YOU ALL ASAP, SO DO WAIT FOR ME!!!

JoYcE ShOp Spree 1 closed, order sent, still waiting for stock replenishing. supplier is now having cny break, so no reply.

Cutie Fashion Spree 2 closed, order sent, made payment. Cutie received payment. Now replenishing stock. Supplier is having cny break, so no reply.

JE551 Spree 5 closed, order and payment sent. JE551 have said to sent out parcel already but did not provide more details, so we are still waiting for their reply.

Begin: From now, 5 January 2008.

End: 21 January 2008, 11.59pm

All payment must be in by latest 22 January 08, 12noon.

Arrival of Stock: Estimation of 2-3 weeks after the payment is made to the supplier.

Calculation:

There will be 2 payments.

1st payment for cost of items with $3 initial shipping per item.

2nd payment for top-ups + phonecall bills to supplier/ Paypal/ Telegraphic Transfer/ Ezpay Service Charge (if applicable) + Local postage fee.

Exchange Rate is SGD$1 = HKD$5.

Cost Price of items: HKD$xxx/5 (e.g. HKD$69/5=SGD$13.80)

Shipping Charges:

We will collect an initial shipping fee of $3 per item as we do not know the ultimate shipping fee yet.

All items will be counted as 1 unit except for heavier items (e.g. Jackets, coats, sweater, dress, knitted top, long bottoms, bags) which will be counted as 2 units.

Local postage fee will be advised again after the stocks arrived to us.
